Baltic Water Brand Manager

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and implement comprehensive water category and brands strategy
  • Plan, execute, and oversee annual marketing plan & campaigns
  • Manage brand activation & communication including ATL advertising, BTL activations, PR activities, media planning
  • Co-operation with Creative, Social Media, Media, PR and Packaging design agencies
  • Analysis of trend reports, market research and consumer behavior data, by converting findings into specific insights and actions that add value to the business
  • Lead development and implementation of innovations, new products and concepts
  • Track brand, campaign and project performance and implement necessary actions
  • Manage the brand’s marketing budget
  • Collaborate with internal & external stakeholders

REQUIREMENTS

  • Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in brand management, marketing, or related role, preferably within FMCG industry
  • Proven track record of successfully developed and executed marketing projects
  • Excellent project leadership and management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects & tasks
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Strong leadership and team collaboration skills
  • Excellent Latvian and English proficiency
